Thank you for choosing WalterMugs. We take pride in delivering premium craftsmanship and an exceptional customer experience. Because our products are individually handcrafted, our operational and logistics frameworks are structured to ensure the highest level of quality control and safe transit. Please review our formal shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing & Craftsmanship Timeline Every piece in our collection is meticulously handmade, finished, and inspected under strict quality standards. This bespoke production structure requires dedicated preparation time before shipment.

  • Handmade Craftsmanship Pipeline: All orders are subject to a dedicated processing and production period of 3 to 5 business days while your handmade mug is crafted and prepared.

  • Order Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Fridays, or during national holidays, will begin processing the subsequent business day.

2. Shipping Timelines & Global Delivery Once the handcrafted preparation and quality verification stages are complete, orders are securely packaged and transferred to our network of international courier services.

  • International Shipping: Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Please note: Total delivery lead time is calculated by combining the 3–5 day processing window with the 6–10 day shipping window. Deliveries are executed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

3. Insured Shipping Protocol To guarantee absolute security, WalterMugs applies a comprehensive Insured Shipping framework to all outbound freight. This coverage shields your purchase against transit liabilities.

  • In the highly improbable event that your item sustains physical damage during transit or is officially declared lost by the carrier network, WalterMugs assumes full liability. We will immediately expedite a priority replacement product or issue a full financial refund in accordance with your preference.

4. Consignment Tracking & Transparency We maintain full operational transparency throughout the logistics lifecycle. Upon dispatch of your consignment from our studio, an automated shipping confirmation will be transmitted to your registered email address.

  • This correspondence will contain a dedicated Tracking Number and a direct portal link to monitor the real-time movement of your parcel.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours from receipt of the tracking information for the carrier's digital ledger to update with initial scans.

5. Customs, Import Duties, and Local Regulations As an international merchant, WalterMugs routes shipments globally. Recipients are designated as the importer of record and must comply with all governing legislation of the destination nation. Cross-border consignments may occasionally be subject to customs clearings, import tariffs, or localized taxes levied once a shipment reaches your jurisdiction. These incidental fees remain the sole financial responsibility of the consumer.
